Diplomystus & Knightia Fossil Fish Association

This is a very aesthetic, natural association of four different fossil fish from the Green River Formation of Wyoming. There are a pair of Diplomystus dentatus and a pair of Knightia eocaena present. The largest fish is 4.2" long and they are nicely displayed on a 8.1 x 7.1" slab of shale. Excellent detail is present on all of the fish, and they preservation contrasts nicely with the lighter colored rock. A really cool piece.
