This 3.7" wide nodule contains a beautiful, 3" wide fossil crab of the species Trichopeltarion greggi. This siltstone nodule was collected from the Greta Siltstone of North Canterbury, New Zealand and is Pliocene in age. Only the positive half of this fossil crab nodule is included.
It comes with an acrylic display stand.
