3.3" Fossil Fruit (Nordenskioldia) Infructescence - North Dakota

This is a beautiful fossil fruit infructescence (fruit aggregate shoot) of the species Nordenskioldia borealis that was collected from the Sentinel Butte Formation of North Dakota. It is finely detailed and the light preservation contrasts well against the dark orangish-brown rock.

It comes with an acrylic display stand.
