This is a .23" Crane Flies (Tipulidae) from the Green River Formation, Uintah County, Utah. In addition to the crane fly, a fragment of insect wing, likely damsel fly, can be seen.

While this formation is best known for well preserved fossil fish found in Wyoming, other sections of the formation contain a very diverse insect fauna.
