2.3" Devonian Hyolithid Fossil - Black Cat Mountain

This is an unusual fossil to find in the Haragan Formation, a Devonian aged Hyolithid. I've only seen a handful of these over the years from the Haragan Formation. Hyoliths are animals with small conical shells, known as fossils from the Palaeozoic Era. They are lophophorates, a group which includes the brachiopods. It's 2.3" in length and there is quartz seam also running through the rock.
